Expectations
- (Team 1 only) 2 of the same class for splits
- Expert knowledge of your class and raid mechanics
- Fulfill all the roles your class provides and respec when called upon
- Dual specializations must be raid optimal (re-spec for PVP)
- BiS Enchants / Gems / Consumes / Professions (Engineering + non gathering)
- 90% Attendance & timeliness. Latecomers may be benched for prepared raiders on standby
